College Safety 101. New Book – Coming May 2011!

College Safety 101: Miss Independents Guide to Empowerment, Confidence and Staying Safe will be released by Chronicle Books in May 2011. This book covers everything: from how to get along with roomates, what to do if there is an active shooter on campus, date rape drugs, spring break safety, sexual harrassement, and the Code of the Safety Chick Sisterhood…this is a MUST HAVE for every young woman who is a college student, or on her way there.

I will be travelling across the country this spring to teach young women the ins and outs of college life and the dangers that go with it.
